Veterinarians

Dr. Lisa Fullam joined the Delmar Animal Hospital team in August of 2025. She is a multi-faceted expert in many different fields. In addition to being a licensed veterinarian, Dr. Fullam is also a Doctor of Theology. In a previous career, she worked as a professor at Santa Clara University. 

A Vermonter by birth, Dr. Fullam attended Cornell University for her undergraduate and veterinary training. She also holds a doctorate in Ethics from Harvard Divinity School, and practiced veterinary medicine in Massachusetts while earning that degree. She enjoys breeding and showing boxers in conformation and obedience, and has dallied in rally and agility. She and her husband enjoy travel, exploring small towns in upstate NY, and taking their dogs to the drive-in movies.
