As of 2022, our appointments have been available as in the office, rather than curbside exclusively.

However, we discovered that having pets out of the lobby has been super helpful in keeping pets calm when they come to visit.

Therefore, if you arrive at the hospital in your vehicle, we will ask you to stay there to wait until your exam room is ready. You will then go straight from the parking lot to the room, without stopping in the lobby or speaking with reception.

Please clearly state that you would like to come in for your appointment when scheduling! By default, appointments with no indication will be made into a curbside appointment. Curbside allows the hospital to see more pets without needing additional exam rooms, and it is part of why we are able to see pets on a quicker timeline than other hospitals are able to accommodate!
